Automation becomes more and more common nowadays. Lots of corporations attempt to propose their solutions to the market. These programs come in shiny packages with a lot of great characteristics, whistles and bells. During the research of different stuff management software programs, I found that its usage has more shortcomings than benefits. There are several reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: You should pay for it. That is impracticable to find the free employee management software. The setting up coast is not the complete charge, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Lot of people think that the benefits outweigh the expenses. Pay for the software only in case when you are sure that it can be compensated, otherwise, search for the more appropriate solutions.
